This 2,000 square foot tenant improvement project provides the surrounding community of San Bernardino/Highland with walk-in health care services. The area, near the California State University San Bernardino campus, is currently underserved in health care center access. Amidst the current COVID-19 crisis, urgent care centers are even more needed. WGA is working with University Urgent Care’s small business, women-owned business owners and city and county agencies to fast-track the project, and with contractors to maximize flexibility of the space and its components so that the business can grow and change as its owners respond to health care’s rapid changes in user needs.
