While a Project Architect at Assembledge+ the Cal State San Bernardino Palm Desert Masterplan was developed under the leadership of Principal and Partner Richard Thompson, FAIA.
This new campus plan exercise and proposal includes housing for a projected 10,000 to 15,000 future student enrollment expectation, open space improvements for water retention measures and sustainable landscape features, pedestrian areas, tram and shuttle depots, sports fields and innovation center areas.
